Subscription and billing information through Stripe (ASPE does not store sensitive payment data).

Messages and data entered in the chat.
Custom fields, tags, or variables defined by the Client.

Personalize the experience for Clients and their End Users.

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Processing is carried out based on the informed consent of the data subject, the execution of a contract, and/or compliance with a legal obligation, as applicable.

7. SECURITY AND RETENTION

Data is stored on secure servers and appropriate technical and organizational security measures are applied, such as:

Encrypted communications via HTTPS/TLS.
Secure authentication and session tokens managed by Firebase.
Automatic monthly backups on AWS.
Risk mitigation through Cloudflare.

We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the described purposes, or until the data subject requests its deletion.

8. EXPORT AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

All collected data is processed and stored on servers located in the United States through dedicated high-availability infrastructure. By using our services, users located in Latin American countries (including Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Venezuela, and others) expressly consent to the international transfer of their personal data to the United States.

Affix LLC ensures that appropriate protection mechanisms are applied for such transfers, in accordance with current regulations in each jurisdiction, including standard contractual clauses and appropriate security measures.
